What if a website provider controls the site?

The business does not need to maintain the site itself.

We choose an approach that fits the existing website agreement. We do not ask for the owner password: we use limited access or supply the completed materials to the current website partner.

Check ownership and access
We identify the domain, platform, current provider, contract and who is authorised to publish changes.

Create a portable package
We provide approved English copy, page structure, search titles and descriptions, image alt text and button labels.

Agree on implementation
The current provider can install the package. With the client’s permission, we can coordinate directly or use a temporary contributor account with limited access.

Keep content current
Changes are logged and core information is reviewed as agreed, usually once a year and after any material service change.

The business approves facts and English copy before publication.
Paid content is also delivered to the business in a portable format.
The technical provider remains responsible for implementation when it controls the site.
Safety, legal and product claims are checked by a relevant expert when needed.
If the current provider cannot make a reasonable change, a Welcome profile remains an independent option.
